Each package also includes detailed move-out cleaning, carpet cleaning for serviceable carpet, the 25-Point Turn Review and a Unit Completion Report with check results, approved changes, outstanding items, before/after photos and material receipts. 2 full walls per bedroom, used anywhere in the unit
Refresh includes 2 full walls total for a 1BR, 4 for a 2BR and 6 for a 3BR. The allowance can be used anywhere in the unit. We prioritize the walls in the worst condition or needing the most touch-ups, unless you specify otherwise, and paint them corner to corner. Each remaining wall includes up to 10 palm-sized same-color touch-ups.

Touch-ups, paint matching and color changes
Touch-ups
Refresh includes same-color touch-ups on trim, baseboards and doors, plus up to 10 palm-sized same-color touch-ups per remaining wall outside its full-wall allowance. Revival and Revival Plus include full trim, baseboard and door painting. Full trim painting is also available as a Refresh add-on.
Paint color matching
Without the original formula, we have a physical sample of the existing finish electronically matched in-store to the closest available color and sheen. Aged paint rarely matches perfectly, so where a touch-up would still show, we may recommend painting that wall corner to corner.
Color changes
Package painting uses the existing or matched color. Color changes are add-ons. If a new color requires a full primer coat, we price it separately for your approval. Share your color or formula when we review the scope.

Cabinet painting: prep and what’s included
Included: interior and exterior cabinet surfaces. We count and label doors and drawers, protect the work area, remove doors, drawers and hardware, degrease, scuff-sand, fill minor dings and prime as needed. After applying finish coats (typically two), we allow curing time, reinstall and align everything, then clean up and take closeout photos.
Not included: broken or water-damaged cabinetry, new hinges or hardware, full stripping, two-tone or specialty finishes.
