How Unit Revival handles information provided with a quote request.
Information you provide
Quote requests may include your name, email or phone number, property details, schedule, requested work and any photos or documents you choose to share. Provide access arrangements only; share entry codes separately when scheduling approved work.
How the information is used
Unit Revival uses this information to respond to your inquiry, assess the proposed scope and coordinate work. A request does not authorize work or create a confirmed booking.
Quote requests sent through the website
When you select Send Request, the information you enter in the quote form is sent through Wix, the website platform Unit Revival uses, and stored in Unit Revival's Wix account. Wix processes it on Unit Revival's behalf. Unit Revival uses it only to respond to your quote request and coordinate any work you approve. Your information is not sold. Photos and documents are not uploaded through the form; you can email them to kenny@unit-revival.com after you submit.
Requests are kept only as long as needed to respond, coordinate approved work and keep normal business records, then deleted. To have a request deleted, email kenny@unit-revival.com.
Website technology
This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts are served from the website. The site is hosted by Wix, which may process technical request information to operate and protect the service and to deliver quote form submissions. The quote form saves a temporary visitor token in your browser so it can send your request.
