What vacant unit cleaning covers in every package
Refresh, Revival and Revival Plus all include the same cleaning scope. The packages differ in how much painting they include.
Detailed move-out cleaning
We clean appliances, cabinets, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, blinds and window sills for the next resident.
Carpet cleaning
Serviceable carpet receives a standard clean and spot attention using portable carpet-cleaning equipment. Truck-mounted extraction and carpet restoration are outside this scope.
Light trash and debris
Small, light items and debris are removed as part of the turn. Full-unit trash-outs and bulky items, such as couches and mattresses, are add-ons quoted by volume and access.
Documented closeout
Your Unit Completion Report records completed cleaning, 25-point check results, approved changes and outstanding or outside-scope items. Before/after photos are from your unit, with supplier receipt copies included for your records.

Cleaning is included in every turn package
Choose your package based on how much painting the unit needs. Refresh suits units that mainly need cleaning, standard turn corrections and targeted painting. Prices below are starting labor prices; materials are separate. Your written scope sets the final price.
